A Logo Is Needed

Greetings Freelancers. I am in need of a logo. This logo must come in multiple sizes and or formats to be able to be resized. One that will be utilized for social media, print, decals on vehicles and other forms of media I am not a graphic designer, which is why I need you. What I do have is a vision and ideas and would like to see you create an image based off what I envision. good luck! Information: 1. The logo is for a company that provides transportation services. Much like a taxi. But not a taxi service. 2. This organization is located in a very rural area. That is mostly farmland, forests and has multiple lakes. 3. This company gets booked by riders who get rides to and from places within this very rural area. 4. I would like to see a bright, modern logo that encompasses the environment that it services ( See #2) With the company name, as well as say an example of their standard vehicle they use on a road winding through said environment. The current logo is simply text " Harrison County Public Transit " with two red lines above and below it and it is ghastly. I want to be able to give them somthing much more remarkable that stands out and shows professionalism and class. Those who bid, I do not like autobidders who do not read the description. And what I do desire is to have at _LEAST_ 4 examples or ideas that can be looked at and revised to find the winning idea. Please find attached files. Look forward to working with you.
