logo 3D animation for opening page of website

I am willing to get a 3D animation logo done for the website opening page, Now the story of the logo animation will be as follows……. Mongrel Dog is riding in the water and then the wave will build up behind him. The dog will look back and see the big wave coming, and he will stick his tongue out and lick his lips, like he is hungry or see something he likes….. Then he will catch the wave and get inside the barrel of the wave. There will be a lot of powerful wave sound, and he will be howling like a cool dog….. Then then dog will pull out his IPhone from his shorts and press a bottom…….he will then transform into the T logo……the T logo will ride the wave for 1-2 seconds and then should flip and spin in a powerful way to the middle of the screen, and in the dog voice say……Torque Jet Boards Coming soon…… Or we can change the story line to something else, this is just a sample idea. Now you can see the Mongrel dog on the opening of the website, he is the mascot for the Jet Board. [login to view URL] Let me know if you can work with water, either flat water, with a person riding a jet board, or a wave, like the movie surfs up (google this and you can see the quality needed) Must have some good experience with using water.... Maybe the dog is on the board on the lake, and he is riding the board, and the jet drive at the back of the board spurts out the water, the water could splash onto the screen to form the logo in a powerful way..... please check videos on youtube for jetboarding, jetsurfing so you understand
