Login w/ Password

I need to add to my existing website a Log-in and Registration similar to the one in Freelancer page. Log In, Sign Up, Forget Password?, Remember me and email verification. I need two type of users: Users= May register to website without approval. Will have only access to specific content. Don’t see other users. Users can ask questions that I will receive to my email. When log in again, should continue at last page viewed before log out. Collaborator= Will need Approval to register as Collaborator. Will have access to all content. Collaborators may submit comments that I will receive to my email. When log in again, should continue at last page viewed before log out. Data base will be store in MySQL at my Godaddy account. The Freelancer will not have access to my account. Will need to explain me the installation process or guide me through a video conference. I will need in the webpage a window or display where I am able to see all the users and delete any if I need to. I will need to know who is Log In at anytime. Once the task is finished, in the future I want to be able to add content to the Users and Collaborator’s webpage. The code cannot be attach to any external website or strange file. The Freelancer will need to have communication with me anytime from 8:00am to 5:00pm US Eastern time, better if you work in USA hours.
