I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WANT I hired a professional artist to create a cover for a new book. The book has not yet been published. I've attempted to contact that person several time to request a minor alteration but it appears to be terminally unsuccessful. I've taken the Illustrator file to both OfficeMax and FedEx, as they both said that had Illustrator on the their systems, but neither appeared to be able to make any alterations. Why? ... they couldn't explain. I recognize my file as an Illustrator file, i.e. six square fence posts around the images but both OfficeMax and FedEx said they couldn't open it. ????
