Job application short form

I need a new website. I need you to design and build a landing page. This landing page will be graphically appealing to teens and young adults. It will have a form that collects the following information then uploads it to my msaccess database. The picture will be uploaded to a directory on our windows server. I will want the user to login with facebook if they have one so there will need to be a one click “apply using your facebook info” or fill out this form... Data to be collected from user: First name Last name Email Date of birth City they are in Phone number How they were referred to the job (Selection will be pulled from database table) Upload picture Captcha Ip address I will need two versions: mobile and desktop version. These forms will ensure that all fields are filled out with the appropriate type of content. Once the form is submitted it will redirect them to a page that thanks them. So a total of three pages: form, script that processes the form, thank you page Additionally i will need to have a one click link that will check their info to match it up to see if they have a facbook page if they did not create their application with facebook login. If they signed in with facebook then i will need one click access to view their page CODING: The technology to build this page will be done with vb and or java. This will need to be done in CLASSIC asp only. Not php, not dot net, not anything else but classic asp.
