Hire a Website Designer

We wish to create a corporate services website. The site language will be HTML5 with javascript, css and bootstrap where required. The page must support multiple device platforms such as smartphones, tablets and desktop pc's. The following pages will be required: Main Page - This page will have a small footprint (size) video/s playing in the background (full screen) with overlay text giving the visitor an overview of our business. The page will have no scroll bars. (visit: [login to view URL] for an example) - At the top of this page there will be a menu with: Our Office number, info email, sign-up and login buttons. (another project request will be issued for the back end register user application) - Below this menu there will be another menu which will allow access to the different pages which are: - Services - Appointment Setting - Lead Generation - How it Works!! - Our Processes - Our Business Models - Legal - PAIA Manual (Will supply the information) - PPI Act Compliance (Will supply the information) - Request for Access to Company Information (form to be completed online and when submitted will send an email to the requester as well as to our legal email account. - Privacy Policies - Website Use T&C's - Testimonials (link to view client testimonials) - FAQ (link to page where frequently asked questions will be answered. (we will supply the questions and answers.) - Below this the main window content will be the background videos that loop continuously. - The footer will not be more than 100px high. It will be a grey transparent color. It will contain links to the following: - Facebook - Linkedin - 5 x external websites The main page will support the following: - Popup to request visitors signup for newsletter. On successful signup they are redirected to a thank you for subscribing page or use a script to show subscription was successful. - Allow push notifications as supported by several browsers. Every page on the site will incorporate our Google Analytics code. Design: The preferred color scheme is dark (blood) red and charcoal grey. A MySql DB will be used to store the news letter subscription information. Expectations: - The designer/developer we choose will submit links to site created. - We expect a fresh idea/s with a corporate tone. - We welcome changes to the proposed main page design - Site has to go live by no later than end November 2017.
