Fancy looking website and db setup needed (^-^)

I need a pretty rad looking website with some snazzy bells and whistles like [login to view URL] and some functionality I'll explain below ✌︎('ω')✌︎ I predict most of the work will be with the database. There are two groups of people who will be using my site-- buyers and sellers. First, I'll need a landing page for signing up or logging in. (Pretty basic). For signing up I’ll need a page to differentiate between buying or selling, with different form fields to tell me about who they are with some level of verification. For logging in I'll need a metrics dashboard that's different for both buyers and sellers— Buyers will need a page with options that are dependent on what sellers input to generate a report after a payment is successfully processed. And for sellers I need a page that keeps track of how many times they have been sold. After signing up, sellers will need a page with drop downs and buttons to input and save their information and an email sent to them with a network credential attachment or instructions after creating an account. I’d really prefer not to use a Wordpress template and have someone do it in node! hmu and lets chat specifics ( ✌︎'ω')✌︎ I have a timeline of a month. All it needs to do is just look SUPER cool and aggregate some database info into a report people buy ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
