I need a super awesome and creative graphic artist to help design a website template.
I need someone that really understands design and UX to help me come up with a template PSD website that I can provide to my developer to make into a wordpress theme.
I don't want an ordinary wordpress theme design you see everywhere.
I would like someone that can see how beautiful and simple the Apple website is or other sites from [url removed, login to view]
I want something very simple, elegant and super super sleek and sexy. Everything matters. From how much content is on a page, to how the contact page and blog layout look.
I would like someone to design the following -
A business service website
Homepage template
Single page template
About page
Services Page
Contact Us Page
Single blog post page
Full width page
Page with side bar
Image gallery page
Header menu
Footer menu
Where social media buttons should be placed
Optin form - if there should be one, where?
Buttons and colors should also be recommended and font

I need someone that goes above and beyond as this is probably my most important project ever and will result in a lot of future work.

Here's a quick email with a few links to give you an idea. Hopefully you can use some of your creativity to come up with some cool designs or some research on your own.
Also it make sense to make a homepage and then some additional pages. So maybe we'll focus on a 5 or 6 page webpage template? If you think we need some additional pages than the ones Iist below to show all the premium features then go ahead and design those as well.
So I think you're going to have to come up several homepage template designs that I can just show to the designer so he can figure out how to configure it so we have different layout options.
So maybe 3 or 6 (whatever you think we need) homepage layouts. 3 or 4 sound more realistic.
Then you can just create a few additional pages.
About page
Blog page
Single blog page
Team page
Another page - just general page to discuss a service or the business or something? Perhaps the about page looks just like this page so it would be similar but we can show off some additional functionality/widgets here. I'm just going to list this page incase you want to make it.
Contact page
Portfolio page
Image gallery
Then have some widgets we can use like
call to action button / section
testimonials
optin forms
variation of button styles
Blog website layouts that look good

I like how its pretty much a slider image above the fold
