Design a website for travel requests and expenses

I want to design a small internal website for my employees to request a travel and when they are back to upload their expenses on their approved travel request (just the design and not teh coding as i will be doing the php coding itself) The process should be as follow: - The user defines the purpose of the travel -It should then go to a page where they choose if its one way 2 ways - multiple flights - Then to a page to choose if its one way 2 ways - multiple flights and teh from -> to dates - Then to a page to choose all the flight options available and choose the best one. - Then to a page to choose the best hotel from the list of available hotels - Then to a page to enter any transportation expense needed with the ability to add more than one transportation expense. - Then to a page to enter any transportation expense needed with the ability to add more than one - Then to a page to enter any additional expenses like food - phone - dry cleaning etc.. - After that to a page to show a summary of all the options that the user selected with the option near each one to upload a file later on for the validation of that expense (for example for the flight to upload the pdf ticket).
