design 4 mascots for web use

Hello! Please help me with 4 mascots (dresed like Superheroes), that will represent the 4 stages of a project: Discovery, Strategy, Action, Results. I will describe each one below, and you'll se an example attached: 1. For the Discovery Phase: the super hero in charge is named SpyON. Has a big eye, and seems like a superhero detective - can have a magnifying glass. 2. Strategy Phase (name: ThinkON) - This super hero is very smart and is in charge with delivering the right strategy to obtain any objective is needed (it can have a big head/ brain, or elements like cogwheel or books). 3. Action Phase (name: ActiON) - as says his name, he is in charge with implementing the projects. It can be a ball, or a game feature, or a Action sign as those used in when filming movies - 4. Results (ROI-ON) - it's about money, it can be an Euro coin, dressed as super hero. Other specifications: - all 4 super heroes, will have a superhero cape - if it is possible to use somehow the symbol attached, it will be a plus - it is not mandatory, it's better if the heroes are very clear distinguesed. - all will have legs and arms - and if it is possible and they look ok, also to have eyes/ nose/ mouth (not mandatory) - all heroes will be made in 2 positions: face and profile. They will be used in presentations for social media projects. Attached you can find some examples of what I found and it matches... but wthey look very childish, I want something more graphic personalized. Thank you!
