I'm into Real Estate investing...looking for a creative graphic designer to design a logo. Please no cookie cutter type of logo I want it to be unique. I am open minded for the logo design. The following is my request for the logo design. The logo to look as crisp and clear on a banner as it would on a business card or polo shirt - Logo will be used on website, on business cards, on banners and on company polo shirts. - Need to be Vector Base Graphic, be scaled by any amount without degradation of the image. - Both Vector based files and Pixel based files will be provided for the logo. - The name of the business is "GARCIA HOME PROPERTIES" please use for the logo. Upper or lower case letters or combinations of both is up to you. - Name only or name with image for logo either one is fine. Seeing both would be great. THANK YOU for taking the time to look at my project request. Will need a business card design after the logo is done though.
