Design golf course neighbourhood masterplan map

Hello, How are you? I'm looking for someone who can design as in the sample brochure provided. I made a rough sketch as a guide, hope is clear enough. I'd like you to draw everything nice as in the brochure, with that detail level, not more. This is a first version, so many things could change later, including layout. Do the following: Add icons as in the example brochure, restaurant, houses, first aids, restroom, etc. Square sections are blocks of houses, there should be three types of houses, not show in the sketch now. Sizes can be simplified using 3 different icons, one representing a small house, 50 square meters, medium 75 and big house 100. I provide sample houses. There are no cars inside the golf or inside houses, no garage! They all remain at the parking lot. The place is only walkthrough or by golf cart. The reception and restaurant is the golf club. There should be an adults pool with jacuzzi, and kids pool. Gymnasium, massage room and sauna. Playroom for kids. No need to draw all these but to mention and label. The dock with boat it's our main access to the place apart from being host for fishing, rowing and other river activities. So small dock and small fishing boats or kayaks should be there. A lifeguard post, probably the same for pool and river, so the pool should be close to the dock. We need to have there around 300 houses, so it's up to you the location, I hope you do a nice design considering views, distance to golf course, important house should be first line to the golf or to the river, those are the most valuable locations. I'm providing my .png work file, and some others as an example Check the map for sizes, it's all supposed to fit in about 40 to 50 hectares, so you won't mess with dimensions. For these first milestone I'll just need this map For a second milestone I'll need renders, with details of house types, reception and restaurant, amenities. For a third milestone a 3d walkthrough of the project. You must provide a jpg file and vectors, houses you choose and icons must be separated in order to make an interactive map later.
