Design a CAR pimping app for Windows and Mobile

Hi. I need a customised Software Developed either Webapp or Desktop software that will be a CAR CONFIGURATOR. I have a designer that can design the Car Pictures. I need you to develop the interactive software. However, I will need a DEMO done first before I hire you. Similar to Pimp my ride....... - when client places mouse on garage door the door rolls up and then the login screen shows inside garage. Before client rolls garage door up dust particles must float everywhere on screen. A barnyard roll of grass should roll across the screen as well. This is the screen the user sees once he log on.
