I need a series of procedures to be written regarding HV switchgear 11KV Switchgear specifically VCB for this project, covering the following Engineering requirements. I’m trying to develop a simple easy to follow protocol that will serve for years to come as a guide to follow for my engineers. It needs to be current and up to date with current regulations and laws including things such as HV Safety requirements, HV risk assessment for switch room and switchgear signs to look for and identify including examples of recommendations essential bullet points to follow etc, HV maintenance procedure, installation procedure and commissioning procedures including types of protection relays both electro mechanical and modern digital relays. The brochure will be specifically designed for a HV specialist company trying to create such a brocher as a fool proof reference for its Engineers when on site as a guide to follow and check to ensure all aspects of each procedure are carried out not only according to protocol but current HV regulations. There will be many procedures and protocols that will need to be written for various parts of HV Power Engineering after this as a starting point using an 11KV switch. The company follow a slogan of HV Engineering made simple the idea of the brochure is to follow a similar unique and independent way of thinking in the design of what will hopefully be and prove a very useful tool, guide, and reference for my engineers
