Android App for Scuba Instructor to take Diver’s confirmation as Agreed TERMS & Conditions. Scope of Work Final Approved Design will be provided by us in required Format - PSD or PDF, Mobile Apps for Users with 2- 3 pages. Android App is Only for Admin, it should work on Android Tablets or Samsung Note so Divers Can Read the Terms and Conditions on Screen and Sign as accepted, to give his confirmation. Scuba Instructor is having lot of PDF file to take confirmation for divers, prior he takes to Underwater training, taking signature on paper is time consuming. Client want Android App for Only Admin to take the Tabs to Divers and show the terms and conditions on Screen and Diver’s can confirm on Tab itself by signing there. National ID Card Reader should be Connected to the Tablet to Read the National ID and Fetch the Data automatically on the Required Field Like Name – DOB-- nationality – Age- etc. Admin Dashboard for Desktop or Laptop To Add the PDF or Word files (anyone) - terms and Conditions any number with option to Edit and Delete by Admin Admin Require an option to Save all the data of Divers who signed and confirmed in data base Admin User and password – Reset Option / Forgot Password Admin should have an option to Export the data as and when required and Option to take Print Outs. Search option / Filter option for Admin to find Divers by Name, Date or any related keyword.
