Create logo already completed on a website, but needs to be recreated "as is" on disk or stick drive

This project should only take 30-40 minutes by an experienced computer graphic artist. The logo needs to be on a disk, recreated exactly as is, including the words that appear below it. The fonts are ok as is with exception to the cursive one, which needs to be changed to another cursive one that is easier to read. The stationary design with the logo and branding statement directly below it should be at the top and centered, not excessive space in the top margin above the logo. The business address should appear at the bottom of the page. Telephone numbers should be separated as 000.000.0000 This is a nonprofit organation that saves the lives of cats and kittens who otherwise would be killed. We have very limited resouces, all vollunteers that are not paid, including the owner and administrator. We have 100+ foster volunteers who are not only not paid but who provides food and cat litter for those in their care until adopted. We were established by Jill Kelly over 7 years ago, and each year we have increased the lives we have saved. We have saved the lives of hundreds of kittens and cats just last year by placing them in loving homes. Our vet costs are thousands of dollars. We do get some grant money, but it does not go as far as is needed. We are humbly asking for a volunteer who is a member of Freelancer to provide our stationary creation at no charge.
