Create a "contest" website

goal is to create a contest website contest creation: A contest is created by one user or by the admin People can submit their participation, submitting a picture/video which will be subject to voting. Preselection: Contest set upper has defined the number of participants, end of preselection and duration of each phase. At the end of the preselection phase, participants with the most vote are put in a contest bracket based on their vote. Ex: A contest for the best sunset picture. 16 participants are set. 130 apply. During the 3 days of the preselection phase, everybody can vote. The top 16 pictures/participants enter the tournament. Alternative: Categories can be created for preselection. ex: 16 categories like "sunset on beach", "sunset on mountain" etc... Participants can submit their picture in each categorie. The most likes picture is the one selected for this category Contest: We now have our participants. Match/games between partcipants can start. (#1 vs #16, #2 vs #15 etc...) The one with the most vote at the end of the set duration wins and goes to next stage till the final and our winner. People are coming on the website and "like" to encourage their participants. Each round has a timeframe set up by the creator or admin (ex: 2 days). It decides when votes are stopped. Each contest ends with a winner. For contest creator, name/surname/email have to be collected. Each person coming on the website can create its "contest list" if registering. It allows to receive alerts on their prefered contest
