I am an attorney and am trying to create a "Shock and Awe" welcome package for my clients. What I mean by this is, a very nice and informative package that details all of the information below. The design must be very clean and corporate, using our logos and branding throughout. The content must be very informative and accurate, as it is coming from a law office and cannot be otherwise. The project will be broken down into two parts: Content writing, and the design of the package. Hopefully I can find a freelancer than can handle both. If your skill sets are more suited to one over the other, please just bid on that section and detail which one. Please send over samples of your previous work along with the bid.
Content Writing:
All of the content needs be in accordance with California Law. The applicant must have either knowledge of the law, or be able to learn quickly for the project.
-20 page Book (5" Width x 6" height)= This book will be the Ultimate Guide for a person involved in an accident. It is meant to be a very informative guide on the following:
-What to do when you get into an accident ie calling police, taking pictures, etc...
-Important contact numbers and emails such as DMV, AAA, Police Stations, etc....
-Things to say to an insurance adjuster and your insurance company, and things not to
-Important next steps
-Getting treatment for your injuries, and what you need to know about how damages work
-Determining what coverage you have
-Difference between First Party Claims and Third Party Claims
-Creating a Demand Letter and tricks to negotiations
-What constitutes Bad Faith

-2 Page Article on the Rights of a Client and the Responsibilities of the Lawyer
-Include such things as Confidentiality, Lawyer-Client Privilege, Basic rights like firing, etc.

Package Design:
-20 Page Book: Should be approximately 5" x 6", it will be glued or wound. Design should be very corporate and easy to read. Not just content after content, but break down the design to help clients read through them easily. Our branding and logo should be displayed, along with our contact information. This book is intended to do in the dashboard of the car for drivers. It will be laminated, and must be extremely easy to use.
-Our Folder: The outer folder will hold all of the marketing that will go inside. On one flap should be a slot for the business cards. Also if you can get creative on where to put the book, I would hate to have these inside the flaps.
--2 Page Article on the Rights of a Client and the Responsibilities of the Lawyer: This can be just a 8.5x11 back and forth flyer, need consistent designs with everything in this package, but for the items to also stand out on their own
-Other items, Welcome Letter (must be very nice, opening statement of company), see Checklist, Road Map, Forms above. Need all these done with same branding
