I need three circle icons created that I can overlay on my product image's on Shopify as below.

Circle Icon 1 - Black dot with White text in the middle - Power Piece

Circle Icon 2 - Grey Dot with Black text in the middle - Sold Out

Circle Icon 3 - Red Dot with White text in middle - On Sale

For reference, I have attached a sample image showing a circle icon with the words Sold Out. Note, all my product shots are portrait so I will place the circle icon in the top right of the product image. IN terms of design I would like it to utilise the circle border from my logo (also attached). Note, if the border from the attached logo is too 'fussy' then it can be removed and I am happy with a plain circle.
