Build Me a website with meta search engine and API along with conversion and click tracking

Hi there, I am an affiliate who hosts for various merchants and generate traffic. Now I am willing to turn it to business and host all of them in the same platform( same as trivago) works I need to develop a website with a metasearch engine and feasible API integration with the merchant site along with conversion tracking. I want the website in such a way where the merchants are able to check their account health at any point in time, Where I can share results with them in realtime by giving them a sub-accounts so they can click and check the conversions and clicks for them.
