Build a website with content upload and social logins

I have a general design for a website with 2 sections, users and searchers. users have their own login and searchers have their own as well. Id like standard and social login options as well. I need you to create the web services and DB and convert my designs to HTML and CSS. Using PHP is fine. I have other features added later I need basic site setup for now. these videos are going to be on a profile page. I am not building youtube. a profile for a user may have up to 3 videos. I have the profile pages already coded in HTML and CSS you would need to create - homepage login with various methods to log in - sign up forms for both user types - managing profile pages - implement content updating - functional searching and favoriting of users to display for searchers nothing crazy. I have a lot of the DB schema written out already. this is a phase 1 of a 3 phase project. if all goes well then maybe you can work on the next 2 phases. Please post the real bid. if the bid is higher than the suggested pricing then add it so I know how much more I​ need from the client. I am taking your bid as the real bid to pay you for this project.
