Build a website for a customized video gallery and database

The database will contain categorized video links . The video gallery will embed videos from the links in the database. For displaying the video gallery, we have a number of customized must-have functionality that makes it super easy to handle for a child. * The video sources will be manyfold (linked rather than hosted. not only youtube, vimeo) * When clicking a video it should automatically play in full screen mode and when finished it should automatically go back to the gallery overview. A click anywhere on the video should start it, and if possible, multiple fast clicks will also be accounted for as 1 click when starting the video. No suggestions from the video source for other videos are allowed (as often displayed when the video has ended). * Each video should be possible to be commented and rated. An average rating should be displayed alongside the video and previous comments and add comment/rating possible to visualize (expanded when pressed i, the information button). * The videos will be categorized according to attributes/meta words in the underlying database * The videos contain multiple meta words, that are searchable and filterable on the web page* Search function for videos* Filter function for videos * The videos should be easy to mass-administrate to add/remove videos by us * The webpage and database should be easy for us to further develope and administrate* Optional login area where settings can be made to exclude videos containing chosen meta words * Sort order of videos after above mentioned rating, most views or alphabetical order * Work seamlessly on all devices regarding functions, content and design.
