Looking to have a website to promote syndication to join multi family investment like CrowdStreet Different brokers will be able to post deals and users will be able to comment on the deals and ask to join by entering their information - nothing too complicated at this stage Example: [login to view URL] After clicking invest now: [login to view URL] Something like that: 1. Properties Views: [login to view URL] 2. Home page: [login to view URL] Also need: 1. Allow users to post their properties and clients to search for ones - the properties needs to have all f the parameters like single family, multi family, CAP rate etc. and when posting there should be space to upload text and images to show the breakdown of the property For example: [login to view URL] Screen shot: [login to view URL] 2. Allow investors to ask questions about properties and join a newsletter 3. Directory of contractors to choose from, and users can rate them with stars 4. Education section - blog, calculators etc. Will have up to date look and feel.
