Build us an online market place

About SCP: SCP ltd is an ethically driven start up, looking to improve transparency within soft commodity supply chains (like coffee, coco etc.). Our mission is to increase transparency such that buyers get the product the want for a fair price and sellers (I.e. farmers) get a fair payment for the products they are selling. We Require: Developer required to build an online marketplace website and web app that can be run on a Microsoft Azure account and edited using standard VisualStudio software. Some basic graphic design capability will be required. For example, cropping images and using our corporate colour palette. As well as building the user interfaces the developer will be required to develop the back end, as a multi Relationship Database, with each data tables viewable and editable by SCP administrators. The developer will be required to demonstrate it works using a sample dataset (we will provide the data). The project: We are running a pilot to trial our online market where soft commodities can be bought and sold. The pilot will run from March 2019 to July 2019 and will feature fewer than 20 users. The website/web app will act as a market place allowing users to register, add stock, make transactions, track orders etc. If this pilot is successful, additional developer support will be required. The website/ web app must be completed by Friday 22nd February 2019. Testing will be undertaken on Saturday 23rd February 2019 The Pilot will commence Friday 1st March 2019 Project Products: The website/ web app must be usable on PC, mobile on all main browsers. We expect the website to require 9 pages. The backend environment contains 11 data tables. Between each data table there are 17 linkages and data transformations required. We require access and exclusive ownership of the website source code, parameters used and any bespoke functions used. We will require the developer to agree to sign an intellectual property ownership agreement (that all work will be the exclusive property of SCP Ltd) We require technical documentation to explain technical specifications like coding language, platforms, external linkages, code libraries etc. We will provide The successful freelancer(s) will receive a full requirement specification including: - a full website wireframe, detailing the required content (e.g text and links for each page etc.) - a map of the multi relationship database detailing the different data tables required and their functions (e.g. input tables that receive user data etc.) - full data table parameters detailing required information including dummy data for testing - the full logical data model outlining the data flow and required transformations - a style guide detailing the required look and feel including the SCP colour palette, fonts and logos.
