Build me a dutch/english webshop similar to shopify store

Hi, I am looking for someone (preferrably Dutch) who can help me set up and develop a webshop in at least 2 languages (Dutch and English). Most modules will probably support this but if needed i could definitely help with any NL-EN or EN-NL translation. The webshop is going to be used for selling digital content (think of audio samples, preset packs etc). The most common payment methods (creditcard, paypal google checkout) should be supported (think of Mollie integration or a better alternative for iDeal support etc.). I am also still looking for a low-cost, reliable hosting solution to host the webshop. The webshop is not going to offer hundreds or products, only a few which will be expanded on at a later time. As far as the webshop goes i am not looking to reinvent the wheel, but looking for functionality that for example a Shopify webshop would also supply. Think of functionality/addons for stuff like unique downloadlink mailers, generating discount codes with various criteria, linking with a facebook page etc. The shopping and delivery process should be similar in that its lightweight, fast and optimized. Since the webshop sells digital content i am preferrably looking for someone that already has experience with this type of thing. At least according to Dutch law, there are certain exceptions to be met for the online purchasing regulations etc. (Wet kopen op afstand). In this regard i also need help in obtaining a right and fitting terms and conditions that can be used in all countries worldwide. In terms of style etc. i was looking at something like the website/webshop Fabfilter (dot) com uses. It could be a little more simplistic even.
