Hello, we are an international construction and development firm dedicated to providing professional services in the construction market.
We want to develop a new Wordpress website for our clients, we would use it mainly as a portfolio for our finished and upcoming projects, services we provide and contact. Currently, we have a provisional site up & running since we had an old obsolete website that was not updated.
In addition, we have all kinds of marketing material, branding that we would provide to the developer. We have a defined scope for the website, how we want to target it and the content that we want to upload. The website would be in Spanish & English and we also want a developer that has high knowledge of SEO and Web optimization. We would also want some other plugins. We also want the website to be built with Gutenberg. We are looking for a high-level expert.
As said, we want a developer that could build the site with Wordpress from scratch based on a design that we would give and some wireframe to help. After the site has been developed we would like to have full access to it and control it ourselves (add new content, new projects, changing the team members), we have had bad experiences in the past and we think it would be great if we have the capabilities of posting and creating content ourselves.
We already have a design that we would want the website look like, we want a custom-built design. The time we have is between 3-4 weeks. We require someone that is highly experienced in the field and is willing to be fully committed with the project. We also own the domain that we want it to be hosted in.
