Build A community wordpress site

Need a community website in wordpress using thrive theme. [login to view URL] Reference site: [login to view URL] Note: I am a web developer myself, so please only experienced web developers come forward and save mutual time wastage. Work statement: 1. Build site using wordpress and configure the theme and any other plugin(s) required. Any custom PHP development should be avoided as far as possible. 2. I will pay for the theme and plugins separately, only configuration charges should be added to estimate. 3. Need 3 posters, 3 mail templates & 5-6 custom pages template developed. 4. Once the base work is done, will require ongoing help in site extension with more features and troubleshooting etc. 5. Need advise and help in hosting. Domain is purchased already. Features: Mostly included in theme itself, just proper pages layout setup will be required. 1. Public community pages for Documents, Community charter, signup/login pages, about us, contact us, sidebars etc. 2. Public Announcements, updates, news, events, public polls section. 3. Private profile, private polls, user forums, simple project management configuration. 4. Testing and tweaking of pages layout for mobile usages.
