Artwork needed for Professional/Corporate Board Game

Performance Management Company is a Teamwork and Development Exercise Creator based out of Greenville, SC USA. We are currently looking for an artist to work with exclusively in our continued development and updating of our existing products. We are looking for a long-term partner. For this project, we are looking to update an Organizational Improvement Exercise called Seven Seas Quest. We are looking for an artist who is able to produce original artwork to go along with the exercise. To explain our requirements for Artwork, it helps to explain the game: It is essentially a large board game, played with up to 100 people at a time. The group is broken up into teams of 5 or 6 people, with each team given an identical set of materials. It is a turn based game, with teams having to spend resource cards each day while moving across to the map to a set destination. Once arriving at the destination, teams are rewarded with a type of rare seashell for each day spent at the goal ‘square.’ There are additional cards they can choose to acquire through the journey as well which contain bonuses to movement and resources. The game is managed through a projection screen at the front of the room. Each day there is a different weather pattern, forcing teams to spend different amounts of resources based on the weather. The setting for this exercise is 1700s-1800s, non-reality based southern pacific islands. So all artwork will need to be descriptive and time-period accurate. List of artwork needed for game play: Resource Cards (Barrels of water, barrels/sacks of rice, beans, hardtack, rowboat/dinghy, cork lifering, rolls of canvas with needle and thread, currency/coins) Player Team Member Role Profiles (6 Profile Images of era-accurate ship crew members) Main admiral/captain profile illustration 1 "Caravel" type ship NPC cards and accompanying illustrations (up to 10, examples being a Compass Rose, Message in a bottle, scroll with quill and ink, ship wheel, seashells, skull and crossbones) Logo for the exercise Several random illustrations needed as fillers for game instructions and miscellaneous imagery (compass rose, scroll, message in a bottle) Our goal is to use one artist for everything to keep the theme congruent among all the different materials. In the future, we will also be doing videos/animations for marketing and gameplay enhancements. So if you are experienced with animations, this is not necessary, but would be beneficial in the future. Artwork included below are examples, some we own and some we do not have rights to use and are only intended as examples. The finished art included is the Game Map and the Weather patterns. These are completed and will be included in the updated version of the game. Please submit your proposals for these, either as an entire package and one price, or by individual items.
