Adobe Captivate Interactive/responsive eLearning Content Developer

We are looking for Interactive/responsive eLearning content(SCORM/HTML5/FLASH) Designer & Developer for creating a Phishing awareness and training platform. The final deliverables of this project are; An Interactive/responsive(SCORM/HTML5) output files that we can upload into our web portal Final project file(with all the resources) e.g. Adobe Captivate project file. You are expected to have a reasonable understanding about what is Phishing means; Different Phishing techniques, how do they work? how to identify a phishing emails (The storyboard should cover these sections). Also you will need to ask questions from the learners based on the coverage of above content and elevate their understanding. Duration of the presentation should not exceed 15 minutes. Expected Services and Technologies : Procure illustrative, cartoon, stylistic, professional scientific art Obtain and procure rights to content and images procure professional voice over slides Prepare or procure motion graphics, 3D rendering, and illustrative animation Technologies: Storyboarding SCORM Package development Softwares expected to use: Adobe Captivate Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Will require availability over the next three weeks( 1st week of March). Deadline : 26th of February 2019 (Final delivery) Will require work samples. There will be regular weekly reviews required throughout the project timeline. We are hoping to find someone that will also be available to assist with future projects.
