Hello,

I'm creating a search engine and I have some problems with the differents encoding and languages available.

I'm looking for a PHP Expert who can solve my problem.

Please find in attachment my PHP Code.

What I want to do is to display (in all situations and for ANY website) the content as it appears on each website (in UTF-8 only). This content should display the content in UTF-8 for any website, even if the website is not encoded in UTF-8 (whatever the language of the content is). This content should not include HTML Code, but only TEXT.
