Hi, This site is to help first time and entry level people find Jobs, Certifications and volunteer work. The logo, design and interface will be a clean, colorful and simple layout. easy of use and overall fun interface are imperative. Site design: there are 2 types of users as outlined below with basic advertising to generate revenue and a cms for admin work ( please also quote a mobile platform as well) Job Seeker (User 1): secure sign up is optional ( they can search without signup), basic user signup (terms of service agreement), email (email verification to signup), no other personal info to be stored on site other than name and email, username/ pw, email alerts, search, allow contact from job posters (user2), special events email (opt in), optional basic application form to submit through the site ( no user uploads), user 1 can sign up and leave review of company (stars and basic comment), can leave link to Linkedin only, no other urls or uploads allowed Job Poster (user 2)Jobs: secure account Setup (terms of service agreement), basic posting forms with: content, company logo, contact (no billing info will be saved on site, everything through more secure sites: Paypal etc), special events ( initially free then will be sponsored and cost), youtube (only Youtube/ Vimeo allowed video)video integration (for class intros, volunteer ads, video ads etc), job application link click through etc, option for national posting ( initially free then will be sponsored and cost), user 2 can reply to user 1 comment Advertising: adsense integration with option to sell to user 2 with reoccurring billing through PayPal/ Google Wallet/ Venmo to charge outside of adsense, Web banners on site, email alerts to users, Twitter, Facebook, Ad Videos ( Youtube Integration), sponsored jobs cost (first 5 posts in a search result can be sponsored and can be modified by me through cms), special events promo Search: : State/ City/ Zip (Distance from dropdown) Keyword/ Category Job/ certification/ Volunteer Post: Bold Subject, Content, Optional Youtube/ Vimeo embedded, Link to apply, link to send job to a friend
