Two large .jpeg files converted into large format vector images

Project Description: Unlike our other web projects which are taking time to upload, this is an urgent project which will be awarded by close of play today (Friday 30th August 17:00 GMT) We have two banner designs in bitmap format which need converting to large format vector images. The final images will be 2850mm wide x 2000mm tall. These will be printed and cut into three sections. Please see files attached. We will provide the chosen designer with the following files: * Two approved JPEG designs - 2850px x 2000px - 300dpi * Company logo in vector format * Large format jpeg images for the three products * Colour palette We understand that some aspects will not be as detailed as the images enlarge (the dog and chair for example), but as long as it looks good when stylised that's fine. We tried a live trace and used the coloured comic-book effect and it looked fine. Please see attached example for the minimum quality required. We often have jobs such as these, so if the project goes well we'll keep the designer on our books.
