There is a realistic need to rebuild properties, provide home ownership, strengthen communities and resuscitate tax revenue in too many areas. Specializing in Veteran’s Community Projects-Building communities for Veteran families. Rehabilitation of historic communities. Vacant and Abandoned Properties: Turning Liabilities into Assets Purchase of abandoned tax ridden properties. Building/Rebuilding/refurbishing of properties into HUD quality homes. Sale of refurbished homes to 1st and 2nd chance home buyers Rent to own home buyer opportunities. Home repair services to those choosing to stay in the communities they call home. Increase struggling communities tax revenue Our outstanding Investment and donation benefits. As a non-profit corporation funds are returned to Priority Value Investments, Inc as a way of continuing our services.
