Ghostwriter or copywriter for book series - longterm project!

I need a long term ghostwriter or copywriter with good to perfect English for a long term job. I want to publish a large number of books. Some of which will be non-ficiton while others will be fiction such as romance and Young Adult.
I will pay $1 per 1000 and have the outline ready for a 25.000 word book.
I am looking for a long term writer to work with on a monthly or bimonthly basis and I am looking for texts that read nicely. Preferably I will need to do minimal editing.
