l want to desingn app

Need a augmented reality program created for resale. needs to be drag and drop. simple business card or other target, changes when viewed by iPhone. customer needs to be able to add target and then add video, 3d, text, hyperlink, etc. will also need app for same. thank you Michael Parker More information : I need an AR without using a commercial sdk. This product will be sold to multiple kinds of businesses and users. I do not want to pay a fee to an sdk each time someone uses this program. I do not need a complete gaming engine. The program only needs to see the business card or picture and be able to convert to video, pictures, website, etc via a smart phone. I do not wish to use a Unity or Zapworks type platform. Examples : I sell membership to my website where anyone can create an AR for there business. Each member can create custom AR for there business. Members pay a fee to create there own AR (s). they provide there customers with an app to view the AR's . Bob's shoe store goes to my website and creates his AR so when you view his business card you will get a video of the store, etc. Program will also need to produce an app for his store for his customers. Roger sells real estate so he would build his AR on my website with the program to link to his business card to his website where the customer could view homes, using his app that he would provide to his customers. I am sorry for the long description. I am a business man not a programmer. I understand we are talking about something kind of new and is labor intensive. I also understand that we will be using the cloud. I must stress that the website/program, must be easy to use, ie drag and drop.
