Hi Client, This can be easily done using excel. We can create separate tabs for each of the items that you mentioned from I to VIII, then we can do a trial balance to link each of the items that you are tracking including additional functions such as the depreciation of the fixed assets. If more than one person is going to utilise this mini record keeping tool, we can also do this on googlesheet which facilities multi users better.
