One time ebay pickup and delivery helper

I live in Hong Kong. I found a radio tuner which has been posting on ebay. I like this dream machine very much and I have just bought it. However, the seller only accepts local pickup at Fountain Valley, CA 92708, USA with cash payment of USD 420. I am now in Hong Kong and I am not available to travel to USA to get this. So, I urgently need someone (better strong enough) to pickup this thing (about 32 lbs. in weight) at the above mentioned area and then have it packed well very carefully and delivery it to Hong Kong. I have attach 2 photos about the tuner posted on ebay. I have not contacted the seller yet since I am busy finding someone to help me to pick this up and to pay the seller. I think I will lose this chance to own the tuner if I cannot pay within two or three days. I am willing to give about USD 400 (net wages) just only to do this job. This is a one time job.
