Need help getting back a disabled Facebook ad account

Hi, I need help to get back my disabled personal Facebook ad account because I tried too many times to create the ad on Facebook for my website [login to view URL] and it keep getting disapproved. -Facebook Ads said "This Ad May Not Run. Your ad can't promote this content. Ensure that your ad complies with our Advertising Policies.". I have went to thru all Facebook's advertising policies and selling e-commerce website is not a violation. -My Facebook page also got unpublished by Facebook. I didn't even add anything on the page. -It was disabled from Google ads as well saying "Your ad was disapproved for Malicious or unwanted software.", but Google later approved it after all malware were removed from website. -This is a legitimate website selling designed e-commerce website for business customers. This business was recently purchased by me. The previous owner said she had no problem listing this website on Facebook & Google Ads. But when I list it, the ad was disapproved. -A few efforts to reinstate the FB ad account failed. I tried explaining to them that all malware were removed, I tried also explaining "I read all their policies and I will make sure no more violation will happen". None worked. -Creating a new business ad account fail too because of the disabled personal ad account. -I haven't tried the "Chat appeal process" to actually chat with a FB customer support person.
