Now we’re looking for a full-time, marketing-minded Senior Facebook Media Buyer to join the journey! About our new Senior Facebook Media Buyer The Senior FB Media Buyer will manage our selected Facebook Campaigns through effective planning and ability to execute performance driven Media Campaigns. No need to worry, you won’t be alone on this. Our Facebook Media Buying Manager will work along with you and will put you up to speed. Although, you’ll need to hit the ground running, and by running we mean, developing and executing campaign strategies, choosing the right traffic sources, deep analysis of KPIs, but most importantly an urge to grow with the help and synergy of other talents on the team. Live Where You Want We’re a distributed team, so you can live and work wherever you want. Proximity doesn’t influence productivity. Just make sure you have a reliable internet connection. Your Day-to-Day will look something like: Brainstorming in strategic and media planning meetings Planning the execution strategy for Facebook Campaigns and Performance Driven Media Campaigns Creating & launching Facebook campaigns for new products Finding, analyzing and leveraging new potential audiences, demographic data and consumer profiles to improve results Analyzing results (daily/weekly), and recommending optimizations based on performance Analyzing campaigns APIs and tackling them to improve current results Meeting deadlines with Production and other Marketing Teams and effectively communicating requests Requirements Requirements You have at least 2 years of proven experience in Facebook Ads You possess deep knowledge of Media planning, negotiation, and performance analysis You have strong English skills, both written and spoken. You have intermediate Excel Skills You’re highly analytical and results driven. You have Full Time availability. You are wildly productive and independent, but a team-player at heart. Here are some skills to give you an edge: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, IT, Management You’ve delved into Ecommerce before and have some knowledge around it. You speak Spanish You have some editing skills with Photoshop. Experience utilizing web analytics programs such as Google Analytics. Reliably meet goals & deadlines. Complex challenges excite you. Highly motivated, resourceful problem solver with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role. You have a winning attitude, adaptable, willingness to learn, and coachable.
