Facebook Ads Manager / Account Strategist

What Your Day is Like: Analyze, manage, and execute Facebook campaigns while hitting strict ROAS goals. Drive the creation of new ad creatives both through your own ideas as well as collaboration with our creative department. Continuously implement A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for conversions. Report on campaign performance to internal stakeholders and clients. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and scale Facebook ad campaigns that meet or exceed designated KPIs Strategize and manage lead acquisition strategy and create a robust traffic system/sales funnel for inbound marketing and advertising efforts Utilize advanced features within Facebook Ad Manager to improve campaign performance: Pixel, Retargeting, Ad Placements, Ad Targeting, Custom Audiences, and Look-a-like Audiences Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of (ever-changing) Facebook tools for building campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, and other tools used to deliver results Leverage communication platforms such as Email, Text & Facebook Messenger to augment lead acquisition strategy Develop multi-touch funnel strategies utilizing the aforementioned platforms Easter Egg: Include within the existing application questions, what does having unicorn qualities means to you? Operate and maintain an automation platform Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce ad creatives Run A/B split tests to optimize campaign performance and gain valuable insights about our customers through a data-driven approach Monitor and optimize campaign performance by clearly reporting results, trends, problems, and opportunities – with focus on ROI
