Hello. This task can be completed during one day. Action can be done by for example clicking customized Button added at Main Excel ToolBar. Button will start macro which will do required action. (please note that if Outlook will be not started during this time it will be started automatically in hidden mode). Graph will be updated automatically after lines adding. Graph can be either Static or Pivot one. To complete task i will have two questions: 1. If all sent mails are stored in default folder, if not will need names of all non-default ones 2.
