Report Generator in Excel

We are a construction company. Our accounting system (MYOB) generates reports which can be exported to excel but not in a suitable format. We would like to use the exported MYOB excel export Sorted byand to add fields to allow us to manipulate the data to deliver reports in the format required. The new report generator needs to be capable of re-sorting the existing excel data on an ongoing basis and it needs to be editable to allow for new fields in the accounting system. The new report generator needs to be easy to use and capable or reconfiguring the data supplied in the excel or CSV master generated from MYOB. We require 4 kind reports Report 1 Job Transactions Detail: All transactions detail exported by excel will need to be sorted by date & account number. You will need to create a sub total for each account number & create a new corresponding parent account (which defines a range of account numbers). Attachment 1 is how the raw data is generated from the accounting system. See Report1 Tab. This is how we would like the report to read once the new excel rules are applied by your report generator. Note all new additions are in colour Report 2 Using a filter system you remove the sub totals by job number only showing each transaction and a sub total by parent header. This is a summary of report one, only showing the sub totals of the parent accounts. See Report 2 Tab Report 3 Using a filter system you remove all the line details & only showing each transaction and a sub total by parent header. This is a summary of report two, only showing the sub totals of the parent accounts. See Report 3 Tab Report 4 This report will compare reports over two different, but overlapping date ranges. This report will identify duplicate records and highlight unique entries (by amount and supplier)
