I have 2 spreadsheets with rows financial information (Spreadsheet1 and Spreadsheet2). I need a program to accept both spreadsheets. The program will scan each row in Spreadsheet1 and try to find it in Spreadsheet2 based on a criteria (Amount Column and another column -TBD). If the criteria is NOT met, that row must be saved to a new spreadsheet (Spreadsheet3). For those rows that meet the criteria, the information must be saved in a new spreadsheet (Spreadsheet4). The same process will be done for Spreadsheet2. The program will scan each row in Spreadsheet1 and try to find it in Spreadsheet1 based on a criteria (Amount Column and another column -TBD). If the criteria is NOT met, that row must be saved to a new spreadsheet (Spreadsheet5). For those rows that meet the criteria, the information must be saved in a new spreadsheet (Spreadsheet6). As an option, we can convert the files to CSV files.

Hi, I have done similar project using NPOI library with modifying doc file, so will be able to read and edit xlsx too. I can provide C# .net based desktop application. If there is a choice of converting to .csv, it will make the task even easier. Please message me for details.
