Need Quick Custom Excel Index Formula Work for my Spreadsheet

Freelancers, I have a spreadsheet in Excel 2013 with all of my data on the first sheet called: "October_15_2013_Code_Violations". I have attached the file. I need the freelancer to be able to write a few INDEX formulas that will: 1) Look for an exact match of the word "Yes Vacant Over Grown Grass" in cell A2 through A50000 2) For each record that it finds a match for, it needs to add the corresponding data from Columns F2, G2, M2, N2, O2, P2 into the 2nd sheet called "Vacant Grass Mail List" 3) Look for an exact match of the word "Yes Vacant" in cell A2 through A50000 4) For each record that it finds a match for, it needs to add the corresponding data from Columns F2, G2, M2, N2, O2, P2 into the 2nd sheet called "Vacant Only Mail List" 5) Look for an exact match of the word "Yes Over Grown Grass" in cell A2 through A50000 6) For each record that it finds a match for, it needs to add the corresponding data from Columns F2, G2, M2, N2, O2, P2 into the 2nd sheet called "Grass Only Mail List" *** Not all specifics for this job / scope of work can be detailed here.
