We are an insurance company transitioning from an existing medical conditions lists to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD10) medical classification list.
We require a qualified professional with a strong background in medical terminology to map medical condition combinations from our Product Administration System (GLSCI) existing condition combinations to an ICD10 equivalent.
The workbook GLSCI_to_ICD10_Mapping v1.0 includes detailed instructions on how to complete the task - refer to the worksheet 'Overview'. The workbook includes both the ICD10 list (subset) of 1618 conditions and our GLSCI list of medical conditions and causes totalling 464.
You will be required to complete the following mapping:
- GLSCI list to an ICD10 list
