Summary:
I have five sheets in 1 spread sheet with accounting entries as database. Based on database I want to generate a report in form of a ledger. Example of database is here

All database Sheet1-5 should have limited / full access as admin decides.
ranges on sheets should be locked by time driver trigger which would restrict user to further edit certain ranges based on dates
