Hi, I need a Macro written for Excel that will find all the rows with the same name in on column and totalise another column. This is to totalise a fuel usage system based on user. Currently the report shows individual fills. So there could be 60 or 500 users with 5000 transactions. We need to have a report that shows each user with total amount used rather than individual transactions.

Hello, I can write a macro for this, as VBA macros are my main area of expertise, but from the description I guess that also pivot table would be enough to summarize this column for each user.
