Help with Excel spreadsheet for my business

I own a construction company where we buy old homes, renovate them, and then sell them for a profit (most of the time). I have a very limited experience with Excel spreadsheets but my goal is to build one that is very user friendly, but with more of a data analysis component (charts, graphs, etc). I have separate tabs for each project with a lot of data, but I would like to have it so that the main components automatically populate to one place (the first couple of tabs can be summary tabs) so that I can always have a visual summary of all of the projects combined. Right now this spreadsheet is very time consuming for me because I am manually inputting the data from each project to my summary tab, and also risk making typos because the data is not driven there automatically. Also, totals and averages are very important to see, but every time I add a new project, I have to revise the formulas to account for the most recent project and that also gets to be more tedious. I know excel has features that could make it automatic any time I create a new project but I don't know how to do that. Lastly, I am a visual person and work very well with charts & graphs, although I have no idea how to create those on excel. I am looking for someone that can take a look at my spreadsheet make the necessary changes to make it work much better for me. I prefer not to make this spreadsheet public as it contains a lot of confidential material, rather I will send the spreadsheet directly to the person I hire for this job. I am looking for someone with strong Microsoft Excel skills and also someone that has experience analyzing businesses with multiple projects.
