I need help to use Hay Calculator tool. The HayCalculator is a spreadsheet wich supports the set up, the management and the presentation of job evaluations using the Hay-method for job evaluation and profiling. The functionalities of the HayCalculator are:

- Calculation: the Hay-points are calculated per job-element and in total, wich results in the short and long profile and in the corresponding jobgrade.

- Presentation: the total results are presented in a conveniently arranged table and are also presented in a matrix.

- Support while using the Hay-method: The Haycalculator warns you whenever an evaluation-score is less likely or even unlikely.
