Google sheet query

I use google sheet tables in which I fill in multiple "databases". I use data from databases to structure them with a google sheet and use them for reports. An example is in the task file. Eg. it is necessary to summarize the "Daruvarske toplice" project and the "Lipik specijalna bolnica" project. Picture "tablica e" is current state, and picture "tablica e new" is future state. Formula must be in quary form as current.
